When you submit the assessment form we collect the information you enter: name, email, phone, property address, the type of work you are interested in, and any message you include. We also receive standard technical data (IP address, browser type) and use Google reCAPTCHA to filter spam; reCAPTCHA operates under Google's own privacy policy and terms.

How we use it

• To review your request and check your parcel against public fire hazard maps.
• To connect you with a CSLB-licensed contractor, which may include the fence contracting business owned by this network's operator (see the disclosure on the assessment page).
• To send you the property report and compliance checklist you requested.
• To measure advertising effectiveness. Form submissions may be reported as conversion events to advertising platforms (for example Meta) using an event identifier; we do not sell your personal information.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• We do not send marketing unrelated to your request.
• We do not share your information beyond the contractor referral and the service providers needed to operate this site (form processing, email delivery, analytics).

Your choices

California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, correct, and delete personal information we hold. Data retention

Lead records are kept only as long as needed to service the referral and meet legal and accounting obligations, then deleted.
